RTA Pickleball Tour has had a year that felt like fast-forward. More players, more formats, more expectations. The real acceleration came when we decided to professionalize not just what happens on court, but everything around it. Rankings, leagues, tournaments, clinics, live data. The invisible engine matters.
That is why our partnership with Tournated has been such a defining step for European pickleball.
Let’s be honest for a moment. Anyone who has ever worked in IT knows this truth: nothing is perfect. Platforms evolve, features get refined, edge cases appear when real people start using real systems at scale. What matters is not the absence of challenges, but how they are approached.

If you compare where the platform was on January 1st, 2025 and where it stands today on December 31st, 2025, the progress is undeniable. Huge steps forward. Cleaner workflows. More flexibility. Better live data. A system that grew together with the tour, not behind it.

At the Arlberg Pickleball Championship we launched our very first Amateur TEAM Event. A bold format. A new standard.
Each encounter consisted of three matches, each played Best of 3. Sets, matches, and encounters all generated points. The result was a format that offered depth, fairness, and excitement. Just as important, it delivered clarity.
Order of Play. Live standings. Live matches. All visible online. All synced. All intuitive. Supported seamlessly by Tournated on the web and in the app.
This is what modern pickleball infrastructure looks like. Flexible enough to support innovation, robust enough to scale, and transparent enough to keep players, fans, and organizers aligned.
We went far in 2025.
And we will go further.
Many new features and milestones are already on the roadmap and will be implemented by Tournated in close collaboration with the RTA. Always with the same goal in mind: raising standards while opening doors.
