Following the latest DUPR API security updates this weekend, all DUPR connections have been broken (last weekend). For us to proceed with proper seedings and match result upload to DUPR, we need your help!
Please reconnect your DUPR account to your Tournated account as soon as possible.
How to
- Go to your Tournated Profile (Web or Mobile)
- “My Sports & Third Party Connections”
- Delete existing DUPR ID
- “Connect DUPR” using your DUPR credentials
-> you should see your DUPR rating in your profile
Once all players re-connected their DUPR ID to the Tournated profile, we will be able to proceed.
These changes are mandatory and come directly from DUPR’s updated security and data access policies, including authentication and entitlement requirements.
